CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Vacuum regularly to keep your rug looking fresh.
• For spills, gently blot with a clean damp cloth. Do not rub, as this may set the stain.
• For deeper cleaning, use a mild dish soap solution and blot dry.

PLEASE NOTE

• Because every rug is made to order, colors and patterns may vary by approximately 20% from the sample photos. However, the overall design will remain true to the artwork shown. Product dimensions may also vary slightly by 1–3 inches due to the production process.
• Rugs are shipped rolled and sealed for protection. After unpacking, they may require up to 24 hours to lay completely flat. Light vacuuming is recommended to help the rug settle more quickly.

• All items are made-to-order, so please allow 6-8 days of process and production.
• Orders could be modified or cancelled within 2 hours after being placed.
• International Orders: It takes several more days for packaging and shipping. Please be aware of that if you order from outside United States.

Exchange, return & refund

• If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@mybackroad.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
• In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products' attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ....), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee
