CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine Wash: Wash separately in cold water using a gentle cycle.
• Air Dry: Hang dry whenever possible to help preserve the fabric and extend product life.
• Tumble Dry: If needed, tumble dry on low heat.
• Do Not Bleach: Avoid bleach, ironing, or fabric softeners, as they may damage the material or reduce its softness.

As each item is individually made to order, slight variations may occur.

• Colors, patterns, stitching, or edge binding may vary by approximately 20% from the sample images.
• The primary artwork and overall design will remain consistent.
• Due to the handmade production process, finished dimensions may vary by approximately 1–3 inches.

• All items are made-to-order, so please allow 6-8 days of process and production.
• Orders could be modified or cancelled within 2 hours after being placed.
• International Orders: It takes several more days for packaging and shipping. Please be aware of that if you order from outside United States.

Exchange, return & refund

• If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@mybackroad.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
• In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products' attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ....), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee
